if you click additional options you can upload a pic (128k)..

or

What you can do is.. www.tf2newbs.com/newbs_upload 
and remember the filename like.. scott.jpg
and link www.tf2newbs.com/newbs_upload/scott.jpg

or filebucket

I also intend on doing a image gallery thingy for all the screenshots, but I havn't had time to hack one up, or write one.   But the filedump spot would work good, and I dont put limits on size or view counts.
