This is a place to keep up to date with ZF (Maps, Changes with the time, etc), make any suggestions about the setup or something you'd like to change, and just bragging about all the fun you had. If there's any changes or additions you can find it all here.

Alright so tonight was a blast and I think everyone enjoyed themselves (Except Andy who I bonk'd with the sandman at least 4 times leaving him to die Grin). We played through 4 different maps we currently have on the server and it was decided:

Asylum - Great
Panic - Good
Twilight - Fine except for the exploit
Lake - Very bad and as Scott said, "Burn it, throw it into the sun and blow the sun up."

So out of those maps we have 3 good choices, but I'm on the hunt for newer ones to try next week. Hopefully soon we'll have a good list for Friday's.

I would like to get your opinions on the length. We played ZF for 2 hours like planned and it felt fine to me, not too long and not too short. In fact some of you were upset it was over.

Also another thing I need to mention is All Talk. It was on tonight because it was the first night and I wanted us all to just have a fun time and share if the map sucked or not. In the future it will probably be turned off. It can be on at first with less people, but once we get a fuller server going it'll be switched off.

So, thanks all to who stopped by, it was fun. Smiley If you missed it this week try to make it next time.

Hate...sandman...

Yup, it was great.  Asylum should definitely be on the list a lot, I think that was probably the best map. IIRC, it was the only map I saw where the survivors actually won at all Tongue *cough* me *cough*.  And Lake wasn't bad, I got lots of kills...since I wasn't a zombie *cough*.

Next Friday night, we definitely need to run dustbowl as one of the maps.

I suggested bball Smiley

But I liked the alltalk, even if it did mostly involve Andy screaming over everybody else. However, as more people shift over to blue, strategy fir the survivors becomes more important, and letting the zombies hear that might kill the suspense. Also, having the last survivor stuck with perfect silence would be pretty badass.

So yeah, alltalk off, I guess.
