TPP's Mini-Contest: Design a MOTD

This is the first mini-contest to earn extra tickets by doing certain things.

I need a new MOTD (screen that appears when you join a server).  I've been told this can be html or an image.

The things I want included are:

TF2Newbs.com #7 Payload Rotation
Admins have {N}, please respect them and all players
no stickies on spawn doors
Play nice and have fun

Basically, earn e-tickets by playing on the server.  Three winners will receive some cool stuff (custom t-shirt and mousepad, and a reserve slot)

Before I do it, what are those carts called? I need an old fasioned one. The carts on the tracks that you push btw.

We have our first entry in the MOTD contest and it looks great!  A few more pieces of information that might be helpful...

the information will go inside the standard chalkboard

it's a good idea to have a background image and then text in html format.

to upload your htm/html files, you can zip them or you can change the extension to .hhh to upload them

send them to me in a private message on the forums

you want to have the most important parts within ~744 pixels wide X ~518 pixels high.  It will show the left most and upper most, and those with higher resolutions will see more than the above specs, so having extra background is a good idea.
