[Pioneer One]Pioneer One, a made-for-torrent series, was recently released.
If you're into sci-fi drama, you might like it. The interesting part is that the pilot was made for only $6000, and the rest of the series will be entirely funded by donations, using the torrent network to spread new releases.
It will be interesting to see whether or not this new concept succeeds, but right now the only publicity Pioneer One has is word of mouth. So, if you like the show, or if you just like the idea of more free, made-for-torrent media, spread the word.
