Took it to one of my techy friends and he tried what you said, still nothing.

As you highlight over the process that's taking 100% it will highlist all the subprocesses that are causing it and you can end them or troubleshoot better.

Thanks, CPU usage is back to normal and FPS is steady, worked great.

No prob. It's a great little tool because most processes that are in the normal list of processes, are also running up to like a dozen hidden subprocesses. Glad it worked out
