Here is the TF2 Newbs Steam UI Skin that I have made.

Current version is out of date. Working on it...

Install:
Place in C:/Program Files/Steam/Skins
Read the README

v 1.1 The last one had a glitch with the Buttons Mod, the current version gives you the option to install the Buttons Mod.

v 1.2 Added the updated buttons mod.

v 1.3 New button less in the way (This updated is for people who don't use Button Mod).

v 1.4 Made the TF2Newbs logo move with the client if you change its size.

v 1.5 Remade the header and added support for widescreen.

v1.5.5 Fixed "piston".
