Medium is flexible, you can write a poem, a story, draw a cartoon/comic, animate a video, use gmod to pose people, etc - the important part is it must be about halloween, and it must involve TF2 characters.
Prizes will be announced soon, but the usual sort of stuff, reserves slots, your name placed somewhere, the love and respect of your peers, etc etc. Oh yeah, and we're going to shake koans upside down until enough change falls out to buy you something nice from steam...
