Back for round 2!

Let's get this started! Will the 2fort'ers be able exact their revenge? Or will the payload folks take more than just their intel this time around?

Ain't I witty or what.

Time: 7:00 PM PST / 10:00 PM EST, show up 15 min before

Almost same as before, probably will change depending on map selection:
  • Goal is 9v9, but if it is popular enough we will go up to 12v12.
  • Highlander class restrictions. If we break past 9, then I'll determine the last 3 classes.
  • No weapon restrictions.
  • Crits will be disabled. No damage spread. Fixed bullet spread.
  • Win conditions will be determined once map is decided.

Just to throw it out there, we could also do a bo3 map where the regs play 2fort, badwater, then a chosen map. But, that would require people to actually stick around for the whole thing which is a hard thing to do.

Also, preference will be given to players more active in the servers and community. We'll move down from there (assuming that this brings all the boys to the yard in the first place).

Possibly a small honorz for the participants?

2fort (hahahahahahaha just kidding)
1. medic
2. soldier
3. pyro

Any date is really fine, but since Rayy is organizing and we are rotating around his schedule, I recommend BO3, in 3 successive Wednesday matches, 6:30 Pacific time.  The teams don't have to be exactly the same each round, just as long as it's payload v 2fort.

It's just always hard to get people to sign up beforehand because when the match starts, half of them are offline...  If I were to be team captain, I think I'd actually get cell # for everyone so I could text a reminder an hour before the match to actually know who was going to be there.  But since Dondi doesn't text....well, we're screwed.

ETA: Maybe we can actually do BO3 on 2 successive nights, like Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Monday, Tue....ok, you get the idea.
