I enjoy my g500. Has 3 buttons on the side, and the scroll wheel tilt left/right also count as button presses. All of which i use all the time for browsing. Would be difficult for me to downgrade to having less buttons available to me, so the g500s is the way to go.

The braided cable is actually a point of contention for me, precisely because the cable + wire is more stiff and its prone to kinking and permanent bending. When my previous G5 died i used a spare crappy MS mouse with a regular wire and the cable on that took on way more abuse when i'd pack it in my bag and worked fine regardless. Because of that i will never use braided Logitech mice when i'm on the go, i'd rather use a cheap mouse or my drawing tablet.

(i've had 3 Logitech mice fail on me over the years solely because of the braided cable).

I got one of these as a gift, used it once and it's sitting in my closet since.

It has less buttons on it than a keyboard.  I mean, if I had a third hand this thing would be great.

Would like a wireless keyboard that i can use for my laptop when i'm in bed. Something that isn't terribly bulky but decent enough in quality/build for general purpose and gaming. Anyone got any suggestions?

Also is anyone here power tool savvy? I've been wanting to get a nice dremel tool kit for woodworking, art/craft stuffs and hacking/house work. Would also like recommendations on something somewhat affordable but of good quality. Not sure if anyone here would know much about dremels o.o
