i forgot Squeenix had a conference. Watching it right now and all i can say is wtf is up with Square? It was fairly low key and lack luster, they could've done without it.

So Nintendo was weak this year. They put their best foot forward but didn't really have anything to follow it. New Star Fox looks awesome, and the third/first person dual screen mechanic, if it works as intended, is brilliant. But other than that, the only thing that got me even moderately hyped was the new Fire Emblem trailer in english. Followed by the cringe-tastic "crossover" between it and Atlus. They didn't even bring out big guns for the 30th anniversary of Mario. Sad

No idea, they didn't even have new FFXV footage. The only interesting thing they had was Kingdom Hearts 3 gameplay, and I'm one of the five people who doesn't get why it's such a big deal. Seriously, it baffles me. Not hating, just confused as hell. They really could've done better for an E3 conference. :\

So yeah, gonna say Sony won out of the big three, but Bethesda won E3 as a whole this year.

I dont know, i'm definitely not a Microsoft person and i think they had some pretty good announcements. I can't really say who had a better showing without being biased against the Xbox. However based on The Last Guardian alone i will say Sony nailed it, that's pretty much all they had to show but i think they should've closed with it instead of opened.

Square Enix hasn't even mildly impressed me in ten years, and I'm a JRPG honk. The last new/unremastered content I've picked up were... FF12 and Chocobo's Dungeon for the Wii?  They said a couple of years ago that they were going to focus on mobile content, so I just completely wrote them off.

The only things I'm genuinely excited about from them is KH3, FF15 & Deus Ex. I kinda want to get the KH collection but I dunno. I might hold off for a box set out something, it's gotta happen at some point knowing Square
