Electronic Cigarette

Last winter I saw my grandfather step outside into the cold to smoke a cig, since he's the only one in our family that smokes.  I was thinking of getting him one of those fancy electronic cigarettes for this year's family reunion, so he can stay indoors.  I have no experience with them, anyone have brand suggestions and such?
