its up and running for me

it was over the next time i tried it. it did say STRESS TEST when i was able to click on the button

03/04/16 looks like there are stress tests going on around peak time 7pm-8pm pacific. If all 3 requirements are met then they send you and invite. ive been getting my butt whooped.
