Cut whoever the admin was some slack, not everyone is confident in their ability to identify a hacker, speccing can be affected by latency, settings, etc. and they aren't supposed to ban unless they are certain it's a hack, better safe then sorry. You should appreciate that they don't go trigger happy banning everyone they think might be hacking or who someone complains about hacks, there's been plenty of people who have accused you over the years

Also, sourcebans reports are disabled because nobody checks them anyway, easier to have stuff filtered through the forums, it's supposed to redirect but most likely got broken when sourcebans was updated.
