Pardon me for asking, but how exactly does a new member of this server community apply for such a raffle? Is it automatically tallied or is there another forum I have to reply to setup the raffle for myself?

Also, what is the chance of a casual forum viewer like myself to get one of these raffle hats. I'm only asking as such because I do not have many hats myself (I only recently became a premium tf2 member after 1.5 years of using the gibbus).

When stimulus was in full swing, entries to the raffle were given by one creating posts, New threads, etc. Basically for being active on the forums. I'm pretty sure the main post explains it all!
