It’s about that time – Stat reset, your chance to make it big while people are still getting their 50 frags.. : )

But that’s not all.. We’ve talked quite awhile about bringing forums to TF2 Newbs and that time has come!

Stop by and sign up. You’ll have to enter your Steam ID but thanks to Octo’s elite programming skills your forum account will be linked with your steam account information (Avatar, achievements) as well as your cummulative stats on the server. Badass. You’ll also be recieving a 100 point bonus on your stats for being an active member in our forums (And trust me you’ll need it to make it to the top 100).

Along with the new Forum, we’re going to be implementing a new awards system. Where awards will be given and show up next to your name on the stats page as well as the forums. Some awards that will be displayed are your highest ranking, if you were top10, top100.. different images will apply. As well as a 5 star image if you have over 20,000 frags. There will also be special awards given from contests, such as most daily awards won in a month (captures, defenses..)

We will also be keeping exclusive stats for our 24/7 Goldrush server.

This one’s pretty crazy. Another one of those bugs right after the update, Gggly was struck down with a beam that sounded like an ubercharge.. Haha.. Had to quit the game to fix it. (Submitted by Grey Devil)

BIG THINGS:
Keep sending in those screenshots and quotes. If there’s something you can do to help out the site let us know. We’re constantly making updates, and we have some big changes coming with this stat reset (Sunday). Keep an eye out.
